The corner is not just an address: it defines who stays, for how many nights and at what rate. Ramada Resistencia sits on the city's green and cultural lung.
Directly across the avenue. Resistencia's main public space, and the view from the main facade, the lobby and the rooms.
Held in Parque 2 de Febrero: every two years sculptors from around the world work in the open air facing the hotel, and the pieces stay in the city.
The open-air museum gathering the Biennial works, inside the same park.
Av. Ávalos 1085. Founded in 1920, eleven sports and over five thousand active members: the city's largest sports and social institution.
The urban sculpture circuit that earned Resistencia the name City of Sculptures starts downtown, minutes from the hotel.
Direct air connection with Buenos Aires: the corporate flow that sustains occupancy at an upscale hotel.
Immediate-surroundings references. Exact distances to be confirmed against project documentation.

Hotel operating · estimated variable return
$5,700 – $11,400 per year
6% – 12%
Reference figures in US dollars. The return during construction is the one agreed by contract (8% annually); once the hotel is operating the return is variable and estimated based on operating results. This is not financial advice nor a promise of performance.
One Trade Argentina markets the sale of hotel units. The 8% annual rate is an agreed and signed contractual commitment during the construction phase (from the investment until the hotel opens), not a financial guarantee under securities regulation. Once the hotel is operational, income is variable, an estimated 6% to 12% annually net of expenses, based on its performance and not fixed. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts operates the hotel management and does not participate in marketing nor assure the investment return.
