Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026
At One Trade we value your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose, and what your rights are, in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.
1. Data controller
ONE T ARGENTINA S.A. is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this site. For any question about your data, write to info@onetradesa.com.ar.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: full name, email, phone, project of interest, and any message you choose to leave.
We also collect aggregated technical browsing data (pages visited, device, and traffic source) through analytics tools.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your inquiry, arrange a call with an advisor, provide information about the investment opportunity, and follow up commercially. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Basis and consent
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form and accept this policy. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the commercial relationship, then for the applicable legal periods. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers who deliver services to us (for example, email delivery and web analytics), acting on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
In particular, we share data with Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) to measure how well our advertising works. When you submit the form, your email and phone number are turned into an irreversible code inside your own browser, before leaving it; only that code travels to Google, to connect your enquiry with the ad that prompted it. Google does not receive that data in readable form through this route.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which anonymously records how the site is used (clicks, scrolling and navigation path) to spot usability problems.
These providers are based outside Argentina, so the processing involves an international transfer of data, grounded in your consent and in each provider's contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@onetradesa.com.ar.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to measure site usage and improve the experience. You can configure your browser to block them; some features may be affected.
If you arrive from an ad, we store in your browser the click identifier Google appends and the campaign source, for up to 90 days, so we can tell which ad prompted your enquiry. That value does not identify you on its own.
You can turn off Google ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com, and Google Analytics by installing its browser opt-out add-on.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page. For any question, write to info@onetradesa.com.ar.
