It's not just the brand
The construction-phase return isn't a projection or an estimate: it's a number set by contract (8% annually) before construction begins. Once the hotel is operating, income becomes variable based on its performance, backed by an international hotel chain that operates the asset from day one.
We're already doing it
We don't talk about what we're going to do. Our first Ramada hotel welcomes guests daily, meets its operating plan and pays returns to its investors from day one.

Public deed in your name
You buy a room registered in the Property Registry before a notary. Not a fund, not a usage right, not a timeshare: it's your real estate, transferable and inheritable.
Separate special-purpose vehicle (SPV)
The building is held by a vehicle company legally separate from One Trade S.A. That protects your room against any contingency of the developer.
Wyndham contract before construction
The Hotel Management Agreement with Wyndham is signed before a single unit is marketed: it ties the asset's operation to an international chain from the start.
