A legal structure that protects your investment
Public deed in your name
You buy a room registered in the Property Registry before a notary. Not a fund, not a usage right, not a timeshare: it's your real estate, transferable and inheritable.
Separate special-purpose vehicle (SPV)
The building is held by a vehicle company legally separate from ONE T ARGENTINA S.A. That protects your room against any contingency of the developer.
Wyndham contract before construction
The Hotel Management Agreement with Wyndham is signed before a single unit is marketed: it ties the asset's operation to an international chain from the start.
